The website is offered for informative and promotional purposes of a general nature with regard to accommodation, conditions, location and rates of the Hotel Sacristía de Santa Ana. Booking conditions and provision of bank details

• To guarantee online bookings, Hotel Sacristía de Santa Ana requests a credit card number and the name of the party making the reservation.
• We remind you that the hotel selected will not charge your card when you make a booking. The card is used solely as a guarantee. Should an advance payment be required for the booking, this will not be charged without a prior request for authorisation from the cardholder.
• The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to the client's arrival.
• The hotel invoice will be settled directly at the establishment of the end of the stay, whether in cash, by credit card or any other payment method accepted by the hotel.

Cancellations policy
General conditions (not including Easter and the April Fair)

• If the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date: The hotel will not charge anything.
• Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the arrival date will entitle the hotel to charge the card number for the first night’s stay.
• No shows will entitle the hotel to charge the card for the first night’s stay.

Exceptional conditions (Easter and the April Fair)

• If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date: the hotel will not charge anything.
• Cancellations between 7 and 3 days prior to the arrival date will entitle the hotel to charge the card number for the first night’s stay. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the arrival date will entitle the hotel to charge the card number for 50% of the total booking amount.
• No shows will entitle the hotel to charge the card with 50% of the total booking.

Links to other websites
In the case of links to other websites, the user will then be governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the new site. The Hotel Sacristía de Santa Ana will not be liable and will have no legal obligation for the use of these sites.
